I checked into using EventBrite to produce a printable file for the badges.
An alternative, and probably better choice would be to just use the Avery free software allows for formatting with fonts, images, colors, etc. It will take the excel file output from EventBrite with the list of ticket holders and fill in all of the badges. This software then produces a printable PDF file or prints directly.
In today's meeting we also discussed printing the badges. There are several choices for this.

- EventBrite has a free tool that will take the mailing list of ticket holders and create a pdf with the badges laid out for printing using Avery templates. This free tool allows only limited formatting.
- EventBrite partners with a service that can be used to create Badges.
- For $.25 a badge, this service allows the user to format badges, adding color, graphics, etc. It produces a pdf file that we could use to print out the badges on our paper using our printers. The cost for the formatted pdf file would be $50 for 200 ticket holders.
- For 1.79 a badge, this service will provide formatting, printing (double sided if desired), assembling in plastic holders, and shipping. Add $.99 each for standard black. 2 day shipping. For a cost of $358 for 200 badges.

- Use Avery Badge Inserts, $12.30 for 300 on Amazon.com These are perforated for easy breaking-apart.
- Printing on regular sheet paper. Julia says that she has a lot of different weight paper in many weights. So this could be the cheapest route. We'd have to cut the pages of labels into badges. So access to a good paper cutter would be needed
